GoFormPilot provides self-service legal document templates for informational and drafting purposes. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Documents generated through our platform are based on the information you provide and the template you select.
2. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details you enter when purchasing a document. GoFormPilot is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information you supplied.
3. Payments and refunds
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable GST before checkout. Once a document has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled; refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
4. Document ownership
Once purchased, you own the generated document for your own use. Templates themselves, and the underlying platform, remain the property of GoFormPilot.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GoFormPilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
